Day 1

Vancouver - Victoria

Sail by ferry through spectacular island scenery as you head to Victoria, a city of Old World charm.

Welcome to Canada, eh! This afternoon's culinary tour visits 7 local stops where all samples have a Canadian twist. Not many people can define what exactly is Canadian food. Let us show you some of the most traditional dishes and tell you the stories behind them. From local ingredients to historic dishes, this tour is the best way to experience Canadian culinary culture.

Day 2

Victoria

Late this morning, depart Victoria Harbour by seaplane for a trip to Butchart Gardens. Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the gardens and take a stroll to experience the floral splendour, before being whisked back to downtown by limousine. (D)

Day 3

Victoria - Whistler

A breathtaking sea plane flight to Whistler begins your day.

Enjoy an incredible experience of climbing up Blackcomb Mountain to the Horstman Glacier by Jeep to find the most spectacular patio in Whistler. Relax as your chef prepares a Pacific Coast classic including maple glazed wild BC Salmon. (D)

Day 4

Whistler - Vancouver

Enjoy a scenic transfer down the Sea to Sky highway to Vancouver, where the culinary options are endless. This afternoon and evening are free for you to explore Gastown, Vancouver's #1 Foodie district.

Whether you are seeking farm-to-table cuisine, fresh local seafood, incredible Asian fusion, or something inbetween, Gastown is sure to impress. Be sure to wash it all down with delicious cocktails in one of the neighbourhood's fun bars.

Day 5

Vancouver

Granville Island is Canada’s second most-visited destination, and Vancouver’s destination for lovers of food, art and culture. During a guided tour, you can eat your way through the world-famous Public Market and hear the intriguing stories, culture, and history behind the tasty creations. (L)

Day 6

Vancouver - Kamloops

All aboard the iconic Rocky Mountaineer this morning as you begin the journey into the Rocky Mountains.  On the first leg of your journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser River valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade mountains, to the desert-like environment of the interior.  The scenery is stunning, but the culinary creations are equally enjoyable. (B)(L)

Day 9

Banff

Join a Banff & its Wildlife tour to explore the town and hopefully spot some of the local creatures. The tour ends at the Banff Gondola, where you can enjoy spectacular views, and perhaps stay for a delicious lunch.

Later, it’s time for a western cookout by horseback or covered wagon. (D)
