Day 1
This morning depart Vancouver along the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler. Highlights along the way include the cascading Shannon Falls and the Stawamus Chief Rock.
Day 2
This charming alpine resort town is nestled between world-renowned Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Experience the beauty via the Peak Adventure on Whistler Mountain as you soak in the unbelievable views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes and snow-capped peaks.
Day 3
Begin your spectacular drive on the Duffey Lake Road where you will see breathtaking views of Joffre Glacier. Continue on through Lillooet, known as the land of the Gold Rush Trail to Sun Peaks.
Day 4
Today, follow the Thompson River through rolling plateaus to the snowy peaks of the Monashee Mountains. View Pyramid Falls and the expansive glaciers of the Albreda Icefields. Pass by Mount Robson, at 3954 metres, which is the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies.
Day 5
There are many ways to explore and enjoy the beauty of Jasper National Park. Some of the options for today include: Maligne Lake Cruise Cruise Maligne Lake, where you can marvel at the magnificent shoreline and Spirit Island. Downtown Foodie Tour Take a guided walking tour, visiting four local restaurants and tasting four carefully handpicked dishes, each paired with an alcoholic beverage while listening to Jasper's top tales along the way. Jasper Nature Walk A guided nature walk featuring a spectacular array of rolling hills, jagged peaks, forests, meadows, marshes, streams, and stunning glacial lakes.
Day 6
Today, travel through the spine of the Canadian Rockies along the amazing Icefields Parkway and encompass the ultimate glacier exploration. Walk on ancient ice during the Ice Explorer ride and stand on a glass platform almost one thousand feet in the air at the Glacier Skywalk, today’s experiences will leave you with a special appreciation for this treasured region of the Rockies.
Day 7
Today is a blank slate, to customise your own Banff experience. There are plenty of options for sightseeing, wildlife viewing or outdoor adventures available. Go hiking, horse riding, rafting, cycling or join a small group tour searching for wildlife. We definitely recommend a visit to the Banff Gondola for spectacular views.
Day 8
Your journey today takes you through some of the most spectacular stretches of highway in Canada. Travel through Yoho National Park, filled with gem coloured glacial lakes and waterfalls, snow-covered peaks, and dense forests of western red cedar and western hemlock. Continue through the Shuswap region to the city of Kelowna, in the fertile Okanagan Valley renowned for its wineries & orchards. Set on the shores of Lake Okanagan, over 90 kilometres long, Kelowna has become a large lakeside resort, with long, hot summers.
Day 9
Tour into the countryside combining the best of the Lake, the Valley and the Vines. Experience the wineries we call hidden treasures and sample the Okanagan’s finest wines.
Day 10
An amazing trip awaits you today! The dramatic change of environment is exhilarating, as you go from bright sunlight on the high rock faces to misty coastal cedars and tall firs. Approaching the Pacific coast, the canyon opens into the broad fertile Fraser Valley. Your road trip adventure ends back in Vancouver.
