Day 1

Cape Town - Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat

Your private vehicle will take you from Cape Town to Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat. The two and a half hour scenic drive north from Cape Town through sweeping wheat-fields and aromatic citrus groves makes for a gorgeous drive.

On arrival you will be checked into your luxury room overlooking the lodge’s beautifully landscaped gardens. Your guide will meet with you to discuss what you would like to do this evening. (D)

Day 2

Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat

At Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat, there are a multitude of simple pleasures and extraordinary experiences available for you to enjoy, or you may even choose to do nothing at all. Allow your stay to unfold your way.
 
Some of the activities we offer are:  Rock Art Excursions - Take a walking tour or drive with one of the specialist guides and explore the wilderness in all its diversity.  Enjoy unparalleled star gazing and elusive, nocturnal wildlife.  Enjoy a tour of our organic garden and learn about the culinary and medicinal uses for the rare indigenous species we have amongst the 755 indigenous plant species. Day 3

Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat

Enjoy another day of activities.  You can choose to do as much or as little as you like. You may choose to reconnect with yourself and nature – walk, hike, run, ride with wildlife or enrich your mind and follow the footsteps of the San. You can enjoy a natural journey to wellness - renew your health and let nature heal you with restorative treatments at the riverside Spa Gazebo or find your inner peace and meditate in serene surroundings. You decide where your mood takes you, and the dedicated team at Bushmans Kloof will do the rest. (B)(L)(D)

Day 4

Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat

Today is your last chance to enjoy this splendid wilderness. You may choose to tackle one of the many trails or perhaps a more relaxing nature walk is in order. 
Late afternoon, head out on a mesmerising sunset nature drive through the reserve. As the sandstone cliffs glow a deep burnished orange, you are welcomed at Kadoro by a blazing campfire and flickering lanterns to enjoy the last rays of sunset on the sheltered Kadoro terrace. This historic cottage has been transformed into an intimate and exclusive space where candlelit tables are set beneath wooden rafters to offer an utterly unique private dining experience (additional cost). (B)(L)(D)

Day 5

Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat - Cape Town

After a scrumptious breakfast you will be driven by private vehicle back to Cape Town. (B)
