Day 1
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure to acclimatise to the high altitude.
Day 2
Today discover the amazing colonial city built on the foundations of the Inca palaces. Visit the popular San Pedro Market, a must-see in Cuzco; Koricancha or Temple of the Sun, the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral with its carved woodworks, altars and paintings. Drive to the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman. (B)
Day 3
Discover the best of the Sacred Valley, starting on the Inca's Balcony, a beautiful place with an impressive view of Chinchero ruins and city, where twelve families still preserve their traditional mores. Visit Moray, an impressing pre-Inca greenhouse. After lunch, continue to Ollantaytambo, one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire. Walk through the town of Ollantaytambo, with its narrow cobblestone streets that have been continuously inhabited since the 18th century. (B)(L)(D)
Day 4
Transfer to Ollanta station to board the Vistadome train service to Aguas Calientes. Sit back and enjoy the spectacular views of the Sacred Valley from the panoramic windows. Disembark at Aguas Calientes station and then board a bus for the ride to Machu Picchu and your guided visit. (B)(L)(D)
Day 5
Morning at leisure to explore the town of Aguas Calientes. Board the train for the return journey to Cuzco. This evening, farewell Cuzco on a walking tour. See the city lit up from San Cristobal lookout point before making your way to the Main Square, for a leisurely stroll. Conclude at a well-known bar for lessons from an expert bartender on how to make the traditional Pisco Sour. (B)

Transfer to Cuzco Airport. (B)
