Day 1


You will be picked up from Dubai or Abu Dhabi and transferred to Oman, via the heritage town of Ras Al Khaimah. Arrive in Khasab and transfer to your hotel. Drive to Jebel Harim, the tallest peak in the region at 2097 metres, for panoramic views of the peninsula. During your journey you will be able to enjoy incredible vistas, including terraced mountain villages, lush Acacia forests and wadis (dry river beds). Visit the village of Sayah, surrounded by palm groves located at over 900 metres.

Day 2


This morning sail on board a traditional dhow along Telegraph Island, the Strait of Hormuz and Fjord. Swim and snorkel in the pristine blue waters of Arabia. (B)(L)

Day 3


Fly to Oman’s capital and cultural heart, Muscat. (B)

Day 4


Today the tour begins by visiting the Grand Mosque and Muttrah where you will stop by the Bait Al Zubair Museum. There is a photo stop by Qasr Al Alam (His Majesty’s Palace) before heading to the lively Muttrah Souk. (B)

Day 5

Muscat - Ras Al Had

Heading along the picturesque coastal road, stop at the limestone crater Bimah Sinkhole before continuing to Wadi Arbayeen with its deep pools set among the date palms and Bibi Miriam’s ancient tomb before continuing on to Ras Al Had. This evening you will be guided down to the beach of Ras Al Jinz to see giant sea turtles nesting in the sand. (B)(L)(D)

Day 6

Ras Al Hadd - Wahiba Sands

Drive to Sur and visit a dhow making factory and then head off to discover Wahiba Sands for a night in the desert. (B)(D)

Day 7

Wahiba Sands - Nizwa - Jebel Akhdar

Nizwa is one of the oldest cities in Oman and was previously the country’s capital. Visit Jabrin Castle, the most beautiful castle in all of Oman. This fort was still in operation up until the last century before being renovated, allowing tourists to experience the wonder it holds. Continue onto the Green Mountain, also known as Jebel Akhdar. Day 8

Jebel Akhdar

Explore Jebel Akhdar. The Rock Rose walk takes you through some of the old villages around the mountain to show you how the locals distil the rose water and rose oil. You can also enjoy treks through the beautiful mountains. (B)(D)

Day 9

Jebel Akhdar - Muscat

Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
