Day 1


On arrival in Kathmandu, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. For many, stepping off a plane into Kathmandu is a pupil-dilating experience, a riot of sights, sounds and smells that can quickly lead to sensory overload. 

Day 2


Whether you’re barrelling through the traffic-jammed alleyways of the old town in a rickshaw, marvelling at the medieval temples of Durbar Sq or dodging trekking touts in the backpacker district of Thamel, Kathmandu can be an intoxicating, amazing and an unforgettable place. Today you’ll tour Kathmandu’s Durbar Square, visit the Swayambhunath Stupa, the religious centres of Pashupatinath and Boudhanath, Patan’s Durbar Square and the medieval city of Bhaktapur. (B)

Day 3

Chitwan National Park

Meaning ‘Heart of the Jungle’, Chitwan is famous as one of the best wildlife-viewing national parks in Asia, and you’ll have an excellent chance of spotting one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys and up to 544 species of birds. If you’re extremely lucky, you’ll see leopards, wild elephants and sloth bears. In the afternoon, enjoy an elephant jungle safari to observe the abundant wildlife. (B)

Day 4

Chitwan National Park

Today is yours to discover the park with a full day of activities available in the national park including jungle treks, bird watching, elephant safari, canoe rides and watching elephant bathing. Other options include relaxing in your luxury jungle lodge or watching elephants being washed down by the riverside. (B)

Day 5


Bandipur is a living museum of Newari culture, a beautifully preserved village crowning a lofty ridge above the main road to Kathmandu. Its winding lanes are lined with traditional Newari houses and your hotel looks out to the majestic Annapurna mountain range. Your guide will show you the sights of this delightful town upon arrival. (B)

Day 6


Travel by road through spectacular scenery to the lakeside town of Pokhara. Pokhara ticks all the right boxes, with spectacular scenery, adventure activities, and accommodation and food choices galore. This afternoon visit the Old Bazaar, Kali Temple followed by an evening boat ride on Phewa Lake. (B)

Day 7


Today you’ll visit the spectacular Ki Singh Bridge and nearby Devi Falls before moving on to a Tibetan refugee village to discover the community’s thriving textile and carpet industry. There are plenty of lakeside cafes where you can enjoy international cuisine, while the main street is full of shops and stalls selling a wide range of Nepali and Tibetan souvenirs. (B)

Day 8

Annapurna Hike

Today morning drive to Phedi. We take the right hand track uphill through thin forest and farmland and scattered villages to Dhampus Village 1650m which offers the spectacular views of the snow clad mountains of the Annapurna range including the famous Mt. Machhapuchhre. A further walk of one hour will take us to Pothana for overnight stop. Total walking time 4 hours. Spend the night in a guesthouse. (B,L,D)

Day 9

Annapurna Hike

Having our breakfast in the morning we walk to Deurali on a gradual ascent a then take a steep downhill walk through thick rhododendron forest to Bhichuk. From here the trail eases until Langdrung where we take our lunch. After lunch we continue to walk down to Modi Khola (river) to take a steep uphill walk to Ghandruk, a large Gurung Village for an overnight stop. Ghandruk offers the views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, and other peaks of Annapurna range. Total walking time 6 hours. Overnight at Tea House. (B,L,D).

Day 10

Annapurna Hike - Pokhara

We see a gradual descent walk to Seuli Bazar for 2 hours and get on a Flat land walk through rice fields until Birethanti. We further walk on a very busy trail approximately one hour to Nayapul and then drive back to Pokhara. Total walking time 4 hours. (B,L).

Day 11


Drive the 7 hours back to Kathmandu via a spectacular mountain road. In the evening, there’s the option to take a live cultural dinner show. (B,D).

Day 12


This morning is the best day to take the 8am Everest Mountain flight. You can book this at the time of booking. At 11am, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
