Upon arrival into Santiago, you will be transferred to your hotel. This afternoon enjoy a walking excursion.
Spend the day discovering Santiago. (B)
Enjoy a full day discovering two of Chile’s beachside cities, Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. Famous for its stacked hills and winding stairs, Valparaiso takes you back in time yet has a modern feel. As you climb the winding stone stairs or head up in one of the famous funiculars, you’ll be met with incredible views of the bay. There will be a short break at a local cafe to taste traditional “empanadas”. After lunch head up the coast to Vina del Mar. (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Calama. In the heart of the Atacama, Calama is the gateway to the geological wonders of the central desert. The town of San Pedro de Atacama sits in the driest desert in the world and is the main base for exploring the area. This afternoon visit Moon Valley. (B)
Today visit the Atacama Salar and the Altiplanic towns of Toconao and Socaire. Continue with a visit to the Altiplanic lagoons of Miscanti-Meniques. (B)(L)
Enjoy sightseeing at Geysers del Tatio, the geothermal field where plumes of steam at boiling point will cover the scenery during a gentle walk through the natural surroundings with breathtaking beauty. On the way back, visit the Altiplanic town of San Santiago de Machuca. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological sites of Quitor, Tulor and the complete Archaeological Museum Padre le Paige. (B)
Return to Calama Airport for your flight back to Santiago. Spend the night at the airport hotel. (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Montt. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel located in Puerto Varas. (B)
This afternoon, visit Frutillar. This beautiful village recalls old Bavaria, from where the first settlers came from. Visit the Salzburg brewery, where you will learn the process of beermaking and taste the delicious local beer. (B)
Today embark on a journey of natural beauty to Peulla. Board your catamaran to sail across the beautiful lake Todos Los Santos to reach the town of Peulla. Enjoy lunch before returning to Puerto Varas. (B)(L)
This morning you will be transferred to Puerto Montt airport for your flight to Punta Arenas. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. (B)
Travel by road to your hotel located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, your home for the next three nights. (B)(L)(D)
Spend your days in Torres del Paine National Park which boasts the world’s most stunning array of mountains, glaciers, lakes and forests and a wide variety of animal species. Choose from an array of excursions includng trekking, horseback riding and guided vehicle excursions. (B)(L)(D)

Atacama Camp Experience Upgrade
4 days/3 nights priced at $2,085
Includes One night tented camp and two nights hotel accommodation at Alto Atacama, all meals with beverages, daily activities and return transfers from Calama.
A totally unique and magical experience in the awe-inspiring Atacama Desert. The camp is located in a remote area, nestled into the Salt Mountains of the Atacama Desert. To reach it, you walk for an hour and a half on a gentle, mostly descending path through the well-known Valle de la Luna and beyond. During this time, you will appreciate the small canyons carved by water through the mountains and salt sculptured by the wind whilst enjoying the sunset over the Andes. On arrival at the camp site, you will be met with refreshing cocktails and the aroma of your upcoming barbeque dinner. The following day, you will return by vehicle on a thirty minute drive on dirt roads back to the town of San Pedro and your hotel.
