Enjoy a rare opportunity to observe polar bears on foot at the remote Dymond Lake Lodge, a short flight north of Churchill. You may also spot other unique Arctic wildlife such as caribou, moose, wolves and Arctic fox. Highlights include daily hikes, presentations by specialist guides, a Tundra Buggy tour and the chance to spot the spectacular Northern Lights.

Spend the day in Winnipeg before joining your adventure leader at a welcome dinner tonight.
Fly to Churchill, and connect out to Dymond Lake Lodge, flying up the rugged Hudson Bay coast to one of Canada’s most exclusive polar bear viewing properties. Keep watch en-route for possible sightings of caribou, moose, wolves and the “Great Ice Bears”. After orientation, head out on a guided hike on the starkly beautiful coastline. In the evening, enjoy an interpretive slide show featuring the wildlife of Hudson Bay. (B) (L) (D)
This morning, bundle up and head out into the snow. Guided by our knowledgeable tour leaders, walks are comfortably paced and geared towards viewing and photo opportunities. At night, the entire Lodge area is patrolled for polar bears, so be prepared to be woken for a nocturnal visit from a Great Ice Bear or a dazzling display of northern lights! (B) (L) (D)
