Competition Terms & Conditions

• Only one entry permitted per person.
    
• All new email newsletter subscribers from the Adventure World website between 8am 28th March and 10pm on 20th April 2012 will be entered into the draw.
   
• For the entry to be valid, it must be entered onto the Adventure World database and be a valid and live email address. Entrants must be residents of the New Zealand and must be aged 18 or over. Each valid email newsletter subscriber will only be entered into the draw once.
   
• The draw will take place at Adventure World, 101 Great South Road, Remuera, Auckland, NZ on Monday 23rd April 2012. The winners will be notified as soon as possible by email, and no later than Monday 30th April 2012. The Promoters reserve the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
   
• There is one prize to be won; $1000 Travel Vouchers to be used with Adventure World Travel Retail, 101 Great South Road, Remuera, Auckland.
   
• Adventure World reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
   
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
• Prizes are not transferrable to another person and is not exchangeable for cash. 
   
• The prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
   
• Prize claim is consent to use name of winner for publicity purposes.
