Posada Amazonas is located on the Ese'eja Native Community's territory and is directly adjacent to the 1.5 million hectare Tambopata Reserve. Experience jungle life at the lodge, enjoying a variety of guided activities.
You will be met upon arrival from Lima or Cuzco. After a short orientation tour, travel by motorised canoe to Posada Amazonas. Afternoon jungle walk.
Full day of activities in the surrounding rainforest including a canoe excursion, look for giant river otters, parrots at a clay lick, climb a canopy tower and learn how medicinal plants are used.
After an early breakfast, return to the city of Puerto Maldonado.
