Itinerary

  • Day 1: Puerto Maldonado – Posada Amazonas

    You will be met upon arrival from Lima or Cuzco. After a short orientation tour, travel by motorised canoe to Posada Amazonas. Afternoon jungle walk.

  • Day 2: Posada Amazonas

    Full day of activities in the surrounding rainforest including a canoe excursion, look for giant river otters, parrots at a clay lick, climb a canopy tower and learn how medicinal plants are used.

  • Day 3: Posada Amazonas – Puerto Maldonado

    After an early breakfast, return to the city of Puerto Maldonado.
