Itinerary

  • Day 1: Cuzco

    Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to the Hotel Monasterio for two nights. Enjoy the afternoon city tour with its blend of colonial and Inca architecture and visit the impressive Inca ruins of Sacsayhuaman. This evening, meet at the hotel for a transfer to a restaurant for dinner and a cultural show.

  • Day 2: Cuzco

    Full day excursion to visit the colourful Indian market of Pisac with its handicrafts and local produce. After lunch continue to the Incan ruins of Ollantaytambo.

  • Day 3: Cuzco – Machu Picchu

    Depart for Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas, on the Hiram Bingham train service with brunch onboard. On arrival at Machu Picchu, enjoy a guided tour of the site. Stay overnight at the Sanctuary Lodge, located just steps from the ruins.

  • Day 4: Machu Picchu – Cuzco

    Morning at leisure if you wish to visit Machu Picchu on your own. On the return evening journey on the Hiram Bingham service, you will be treated to pre-dinner cocktails and live entertainment followed by a four-course á la carte dinner served in the dining car. Evening arrival in Cuzco and transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight at the Monasterio Cuzco.

  • Day 5: Cuzco

    Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
