Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrive Lima

    Arrive at Lima airport and transfer to the Casa Andina Miraflores for two nights.

  • Day 2: Lima

    Half day tour discovering colonial and modern Lima. Visit the Plaza de Armas to see the Palacio de Gobierno and the ornate Church of San Francisco, plus the Gold Museum with its extraordinary collection of artifacts.

  • Day 3: Lima – Nazca – Arequipa

    Morning departure by road to Ica arriving midday. Fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines. After dinner, depart by overnight coach to Arequipa.

  • Day 4: Arequipa

    Morning arrival in Arequipa. Transfer to the Casa Andina Arequipa Hotel for one night. Afternoon city tour including Santa Catalina Monastery.

  • Day 5: Arequipa – Colca Canyon

    Early departure through the Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Arrive in Chivay and overnight at the Casa Andina Colca Hotel.

  • Day 6: Colca Canyon – Arequipa

    Travel to the Cruz del Condor site for spectacular views of the canyon and the condor’s flight. Overnight at the Casa Andina Arequipa Hotel.

  • Day 7: Arequipa – Cuzco

    Fly to Cuzco. Afternoon tour of Cuzco and the nearby ruins of Kenko, Puca-Pucara, Tambomachay and Sacsayhuaman. Stay one night at the Casa Andina Plaza.

  • Day 8: Cuzco – Yucay

    Full day tour to Pisac market and the Ollantaytambo fortress in the Urubamba Valley. Overnight at the Sonesta Posada del Inca Yucay.

  • Day 9: Machu Picchu

    Full day tour to Machu Picchu, including lunch. Depart by train to Aguas Calientes and a short bus ride to magical Machu Picchu. Enjoy a guided tour of the site. Return to Cuzco by train. Overnight at the Casa Andina Plaza.

  • Day 10: Cuzco – Puno

    Cross the Altiplano to Puno by road. Stay one night at the Casa Andina Puno.

  • Day 11: Puno – Lake Titicaca

    Travel by road to Copacabana, Bolivia, to board the catamaran for the overnight crossing of Lake Titicaca.

  • Day 12: Lake Titicaca – La Paz

    Continue by road to La Paz. Afternoon tour of the city, markets and the Valley of the Moon. Stay two nights at the Radisson Hotel.

  • Day 13: La Paz

    Day at leisure.

  • Day 14: Depart La Paz

    Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
