Itinerary

  • Day 1: (Nouméa to Kone - 300kms)

    Begin your drive to the north of the island stopping off at Boulouparis, Moindu and Bourail on the way. Overnight at the Hotel Koniambo.

  • Days 2-3: (Kone to Poum - 157kms)

    Continue to Poum, a small municipality at the top of the island, offering great landscapes and white sand beaches. Spend 2 nights at the Hotel Malabou.

  • Days 4-5: (Poum to Hienghene - 181kms)

    After spending 2 days relaxing in Poum continue down to Hienghene. On arrival in Hienghene head to Belvedere to see the spectacular scenery and rock formations in Hienghene Bay and Mount Panie, New Caledonia's highest peak. Spend 2 nights at Koulnoue Village.

  • Day 6: (Heinghene to Nouméa - 375kms)

    Begin the drive back to Nouméa, passing through the villages of Poindimie, Ponerihouen, Bourail and Boulouparis before arriving back in Nouméa late afternoon.
