Itinerary

  • Day 1: Anchorage

    You will be transferred from the airport to your hotel.

  • Day 2: Anchorage – Talkeetna

    Journey by motor coach today to Talkeetna, in the heart of the Alaskan wilderness, with spectacular views of Mt. McKinley (weather permitting).

  • Day 3: Talkeetna – Denali

    Board the McKinley Explorer’s railcars and continue north to Denali National Park. Tonight enjoy entertainment at the Cabin Nite Dinner Theatre. D.

  • Day 4: Denali

    Enjoy a Tundra Wilderness Tour into Denali National Park and look for wildlife.

  • Day 5: Denali – Fairbanks

    Enjoy a leisurely morning before re-boarding the McKinley Explorer to travel though the amazing Alaskan interior to Fairbanks.

  • Day 6: Fairbanks

    Learn about the Gold Rush and pan for gold including a visit to Gold Dredge No. 8 followed by a cruise on the Chena and Tanana Rivers aboard an authentic sternwheeler. L.

  • Day 7: Fairbanks

    Your tour ends with a transfer to the airport.
