Itinerary

  • Day 1: Anchorage

    You will be transferred from the airport to your hotel.

  • Day 2: Anchorage

    Enjoy a tour of Anchorage, then travel to Portage Lake for a cruise to within 270 metres of Portage Glacier onboard the m/v Ptarmigan.

  • Day 3: Anchorage – Denali

    Travel aboard the spacious glass domed cars of the McKinley Explorer past awesome landscape to the vast Denali National Park. In the afternoon, choose from a wide range of optional activities.

  • Day 4: Denali

    Enjoy a Tundra Wilderness Tour into Denali National Park and look for wildlife.

  • Day 5: Denali – Seward

    Travel on a scenic journey by motor coach to the port town of Seward on the Kenai Peninsula.

  • Day 6: Seward – Anchorage

    Morning cruise along the rugged Kenai Peninsula viewing rocky coastlines, tidewater glaciers and snow crowned peaks. Watch for the abundant marine life then return by rail to Anchorage. L.

  • Day 7: Anchorage

    Tour ends with a transfer to the airport.
