Day 1: Istanbul
On arrival, transfer to your hotel and participate in a welcome briefing.

Day 2: Istanbul
Your fascinating exploration today introduces Istanbul’s highlights, including exotic Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and adjacent St Sophia, and bustling Grand Bazaar where you can haggle for your wares.

Day 3: Istanbul – Canakkale
Depart for Gallipoli and visit the sobering sights of ANZAC Cove, Chunuk Bair and Lone Pine Cemetery. Cross the Dardanelle Strait to your Canakkale hotel.

Day 4: Canakkale – Kusadasi
Drive out to the fascinating World Heritage Site of Troy and view the ancient ruins and replica wooden Trojan horse. From Troy, continue on to the ancient Greek city of Pergamum, and then on to Kusadasi, famous for its beaches and panoramic views.

Day 5: Ephesus
Visit the stunning ruins of Ephesus, once the capital of the Roman Republic. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon before returning to Kusadasi.

Day 6: Kusadasi – Pamukkale
Drive through fertile valleys to Pamukkale and view the remarkable calcium cliffs and pools that form the natural ‘White Castle’. Afterwards, visit the ruins of Hierapolis and the first spa centre of the ancient world with its soothing hot springs.

Day 7: Pamukkale – Antalya
Drive this morning to Antalya, a beautiful city on the south coast of Turkey. In the afternoon, visit the ancient city of Perge, and then take some free time to relax by the stunning Mediterranean coast.

Day 8: Antalya
The day is free for exploration with optional tours available.

Day 9: Antalya - Konya
Depart for Konya, en-route visiting the famous theatre at Aspendos, the Mevlana Mausoleum, a site for pilgrims, and Karatay Koran School, now a museum.

Day 10: Konya – Cappadocia
On the way to Cappadocia, visit the 13th century Agzikarahan Caravanserai. Be in awe at the Cappadocian landscape as you journey towards the land of the ‘fairy chimneys.’ On arrival, explore the fascinating underground city of Saratli and stop by a carpet production centre.

Day 11: Cappadocia
In the early morning, take an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride, one of the best ways to absorb the stunning scenery of Cappadocia. Experience a full day of sights including the ‘fairy chimney’ rock formations at Goreme, the old city of Avanos and a brief visit to a pottery workshop located in a cave.

Day 12: Cappadocia – Ankara
Bid farewell to the staggering scenery and journey to Ankara, Turkey’s capital. Tour the foremost attraction in the city, the Anatolian Civilisations Museum, with artifacts from Turkey’s past, and the Mausoleum of Ataturk, considered father of the nation.

Day 13: Ankara – Istanbul
Drive to Istanbul. Conclude the day with a farewell dinner.

Day 14: Istanbul
Your tour ends today with a transfer to the airport.
