  • Day 1: Istanbul

  • Transfer to your accommodation and settle in.
  • Day 2: Istanbul

  • Istanbul is a fascinating city that spans both Europe and Asia, creating a striking mix of architecture and historical sites.See the key attractions today including the captivating Blue Mosque and the lair of Topkapi Palace.
  • Day 3: Istanbul - Gallipoli

  • Journey to the WWI battlefields of Gallipoli, providing a sobering reminder of war. Take in the memorial sights and informative museum before finishing up at your Guzelyali hotel. 
  • Day 4: Gallipoli – Kusadasi

  • An exciting day awaits with fascinating Troy and its famed Trojan horse on the agenda, followed by the ancient Greek city of Pergamum, the Hellenistic capital in 281-133BC. With impressive temples and a library that assured its importance, be transported back in time. Continue to Kusadasi, home for the next two nights. 
  • Day 5: Ephesus

  • Take a guided tour of Ephesus today and soak up the magical atmosphere of the ruins and the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Also stop by a carpet workshop to learn all about this traditional Turkish craft. 
  • Day 6: Kusadasi – Marmaris

  • Head out to the unusual white calcium formations of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers. Journey from here to Marmaris, one of Turkey’s most sophisticated resort towns. 
  • Day 7: Marmaris

  • Enoy a day at leisure to relax, stroll this pretty harbour town or perhaps take an optional day trip to the Greek Island of Rhodes. 
  • Day 8: Marmaris – Fethiye

  • Drive to the picturesque lakeside town of Koycegiz and join a day cruise to visit turtle beach and the mud baths. Late afternoon head to the resort town of Fethiye visiting the deserted Greek village of Kayakoy en-route. 
  • Day 9: Fethiye

  • Today choose to join an optional day cruise around the 12 Islands of Fethiye or maybe chill out on a nearby beach, the choice is yours.
  • Day 10: Fethiye – Antalya

  • Experience one of Turkey’s highlights today  with a walk up Saklikent Gorge, Turkey’s longest and deepest canyon. Saklikent is literally a mountain split down the middle by an earthquake and fascinating to see. Conclude the day in Antalya. 
  • Day 11: Antalya – Cappadocia

  • Depart early for Cappadocia, stopping en-route to visit Konya and the the mausoleum of Mevlana CelaleddinRumi with its accompanying museum. Take a break to visit Sultanhani Caravanseri, the largest in Anatolia, before winding up in unique Cappadocia. 
  • Day 12: Cappadocia

  • Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia with a fully guided tour of Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys, Uchisar castle and more. Tonight, an optional traditional Turkish folklore evening is on offer. 
  • Day 13: Cappadocia

  • Get active today on a trek through the wildly beautiful Ihlara Valley and explore Derinkuyu underground city. 
  • Day 14: Cappadocia – Istanbul

  • Depart early morning for the nation's capital, Ankara where we visit Anitkabir, mausoleum of the famed Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, before returning to Istanbul. (Optional morning flight to Istanbul from Cappadocia is available.) 
  • Day 15: Istanbul

  • Your memorable tour concludes today after breakfast.
