Antiquity to Byzantium Cruise

The recently renovated M/Y Harmony G is a 53 metre mega yacht with 22 cabins located on three decks. Cabins have large windows or portholes and are equipped with TV, mini-fridges, safe, hairdryers and air-conditioning. Life on board centres around the lounge and bar located on the upper deck.

Itinerary

  • Day 1: Athens

    Embark the M/Y Harmony G and enjoy a welcome cocktail. Set sail for Epidaurus. D.

  • Day 2: Epidaurus

    Leave the ship early to visit Ancient Epidaurus by road. Epidaurus was known throughout the Greek world as a healing sanctuary. Return for lunch and afternoon sail to Nafplion and anchor overnight in the port. B L D.

  • Day 3: Nafplion – Mycenae

    After a short walking tour of Nafplion, drive through the colorful city and the beautiful countryside of Argolis towards Mycenae. Visit the remains of this ancient glorious city. Return to the ship for afternoon sailing to Monemvassia. B L D.

  • Day 4: Gythion

    Early morning arrival to Gythion. Tour to the peninsula and also visit the spectacular Dirou Caves with their stalactites and stalagmites. Ancient Gythion was inhabited during prehistoric times and was used later by the Spartans as a port. Overnight sail to Pylos. B.

  • Day 5: Pylos

    Pylos, is a picture-perfect seaside town on the southwest corner of the Peloponnese. Join the optional tour to Nestor’s Palace. Remains of the prehistoric Palace occupy a scenic hilltop setting north of Pylos and also visit the town of Hora. Overnight sail to Katakolon. B L D.

  • Day 6: Katakolon – Olympia

    Early morning arrival in Katakolon and take the optional tour by road to Olympia, one of the most famous and important sites in the ancient world. You will have time to explore this important site. Travel overland to Patras on the north coast of the peninsula, to reboard the ship and depart for Itea in the Gulf of Corinth. Overnight at Itea.   • Day 7: Itea – Delphi

    most revered sites from the ancient world. Half day is allocated to walk around the ruins complex and visit the adjoining museum. Return to the ship and cross the Corinth Canal. Later in the evening sail to Athens. Overnight in port. B L D.

  • Day 8: Athens

    After breakfast, your cruise ends. B.
