Day 1: Athens – Olympia
Depart for the 19th century Corinth Canal and the ancient theatre at Epidavros. Travel to picturesque Nafplion, to visit the Tomb of Agamemnon and the alluring archaeological site. Continue to Olympia, site of the original Olympic Games.

Day 2: Olympia – Delphi
Tour the ancient sites of Olympia before traveling to Delphi via the picturesque mountain village of Arachova, a quaint town offering respite from Athens heat in the summer, and a ski destination in winter.

Day 3: Delphi – Meteora
Explore Delphi’s archaeological site, considered one of Greece’s most important, and the informative museum before heading to the fascinating rock-tower monasteries at Meteora.

Day 4: Meteora – Athens
A trip highlight, visit the Byzantine monasteries of Meteora. These ancient religious sites are built on natural sandstone rock pillars and were once considered a refuge from expanding Turkish occupation.
