Itinerary

• Day 1: Zagrab

• Collect your car at Zagreb Airport and start your trip with a stay in Zagreb.

• Day 2: Zagarb

• Commence your day with a tour of Zagreb. Take a walk through the historical centre and discover the Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Government Palace. B.

• Day 3: Zagreb – Opatija

• Drive to the beautiful bay of Kvarner and its popular resort, Opatija. B.

• Day 4: Opatija – Plitvice – Zadar

• Travel back inland to Plitvice National Park. On arrival, take a walking tour around several of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder of 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Continue to Zadar and visit the ruins of the Roman Forum and St Donat’s Church. B.

• Day 5: Zadar – Trogir – Split

• Visit the picturesque town of Trogir, built on a small island and connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. This small town is a real cultural treasure. Discover the narrow streets and visit the St Lawrence Cathedral. Continue to Split. B.

• Day 6: Split – Dubrovnik

• Discover the historic centre of Split, built around the palace of the Emperor Diocletian, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic buildings, the Temple of Jupiter, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Continue to the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’, Dubrovnik.

• Day 7: Dubrovnik

• Dedicate your day to the most beautiful town of Dalmatia. Visit the Rector’s Palace, the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, and the Sponza Palace. You can also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world.

• Day 8: Dubrovnik

• At leisure before dropping your car off at the airport.B.
