Halong Bay Escape

Experience Halong Bay away from the crowds on a traditional junk, the perfect addition to any Vietnam touring. Itinerary

  • Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay

    Journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta arriving at Halong Bay pier late morning. After check-in procedures transfer to your boat. Lunch is served on board as you cruise into Halong Bay. Cruise by rock formations with such names as Sail, Dog and Dinh Huong (incense pot). Towards the end of the day set anchor for the night as the sun sets followed by dinner. (L)(D)

  • Day 2: Halong Bay

    After breakfast board a smaller motorboat to explore one of many options in the bay, including floating villages, towering islands, limestone caves and the occasional sandy beach. Enjoy lunch while your guide explains more about Halong culture and its rich natural beauty. In the afternoon visit another fishing village, some caves, go for a swim, or cruise through the maze of islands before returning to the main boat. Dinner will be served at sunset. (B)(L)(D)

  • Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi

    Weaves through the magnificent rock formations back to Halong Bay pier. Upon disembarkation you will be met for the transfer back to Hanoi. (B)
