Itinerary

  • Day 1: Dubai

    Arrive Dubai and transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 2: Dubai

    Morning at leisure. Later this afternoon go on a dune dinner safari, venturing into the desert on an exciting 4WD Adventure.

  • Day 3: Dubai

    Enjoy a morning tour, taking in Dubai’s highlights.

  • Day 4: Dubai – Musandam

    Transfer to Oman, via the heritage town of Ras Al Khaimah. Check-in to your Khasab hotel and proceed on to a half day 4WD mountain safari. Drive to Musandam’s highest mountain, Jebel Harim, for amazing vistas. Your local guide will enlighten you on the geological sights en-route as well as incredible photo opportunities.

  • Day 5: Musandam

    After breakfast, take a relaxing excursion on a traditional dhow cruise, exploring the fjords of the Musandam Peninsula. Keep an eye out for cavorting dolphins that ply the inner fjords before taking a dip around Telegraph Island.

  • Day 6: Musandam – Muscat

    Fly to Oman’s cultural heart, Muscat. See the city’s main sights including the pretty waterfront Corniche, bustling Muttrah Souk and a photo stop at Al Alam, the official palace of the Sultan of Oman.

  • Day 7: Muscat – Ras Al Had

    Depart Muscat for Ras Al Had, a small seaside town close to the turtle sanctuary. Glimpse the blue waters and pristine beaches of the Omani coastline en-route and stop at the Bimah Sinkhole, scenic Wadi Arbayeen and the dhow building town of Sur. Mid-evening journey to Ras Al Jinaiyz to see turtles nestling in the sands under the desert stars.

  • Day 8: Ras Al Had – Nizwa

    Journey to the red desert dunes of the Wahiba Sands with a stop by Wadi Bani Khalid for a refreshing dip. Traverse the undulating dunes in your 4WD as well as visiting a local family to find out about Bedouin life. Drive on to the historical town of Nizwa.

  • Day 9: Nizwa – Muscat

    A Nizwa highlight is the famous fort, built in the 17th century. Also visit the nearby souk and stop by the ancient castle of Jabrin and Misfah village before returning to Muscat.

  • Day 10: Muscat

    Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
