Itinerary

  • Day 1: Kilimanjaro – Arusha

    Transfer to the Serena Mountain Village.

  • Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara

    Afternoon drive to Kirurumu Tented Camp perched on the edge of the Rift Valley. The camp has 22 tented rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold running water and electricity, a bar, sun deck and dining area.  

  • Day 3: Lake Manyara

    Early game drive. Continue to a local village for a traditional lunch.  

  • Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti

    Drive to the intimate Ranger Safaris semipermanent tented camp in the Serengeti. The camp is strategically located to be in the best locations for game viewing and following the herds of the Migration. Each camp comprises eight fully furnished walk-in tents with en-suite bathroom.  

  • Day 5 & 6: Serengeti

    Morning and afternoon, or full day game drives with a picnic lunch.  

  • Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

    Depart for the Crater, stopping at Olduvai Gorge. Continue to Ngorongoro Farmhouse.  

  • Day 8: Ngorongoro

    Descend into the Crater for a game drive. Afternoon visit to a Masai village.  

  • Day 9: Ngorongoro – Kilimanjaro
