Day 1


Arrive at the first destination of your journey, Delhi. Spend the evening interacting with Hemant Malhotra, your journey expert. Enjoy your dinner and get briefed by him about the journey.

Day 2


Take a tour of Old Delhi on a cycle rickshaw, visit the Jama Mosque, drive past the Red Fort, government buildings and Humayun's tomb. Get a brief about India's religions while you visit various religious monuments like Bangla Saheb Gurudwara, Birla temple and Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Day 3

Delhi - Agra

Drive to Agra and in the evening attend the Mohabbat-e-Taj show. This play showcases the life of emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved Mumtaz and explains the history of their epic love story.

Day 4


Start your day by visiting the iconic Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Spend your afternoon at leisure.

Day 5

Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho

Enjoy a train ride to Jhansi. From Jhansi, drive to Orcha, approximately 40 minutes away. Visit Orcha, enjoy your lunch and drive to Khajuraho, approximately 4 hours away.

Day 6

Khajuraho - Varanasi

In the morning, visit Khajuraho. Later, fly to Varanasi and in the evening witness the aarti ceremony on the banks of river Ganges.

Day 7


Start your day early with a boat cruise that offers a spectacular view of the sunrise. Visit an Akhara, where men practice the traditional form of wrestling and take a tour of the city. In the afternoon, visit Sarnath. The deer park in Sarnath is where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma.

Day 8

Varanasi - Allahabad

Drive to Allahabad, an approximately 3-hour drive. Check in to your tent at the Kumbh Mela and enjoy your lunch and dinner.
Notes :
1. On arrival, if the road is closed due to traffic, there could be 2 - 5 kms walk to reach the tented accommodation. In this case, we will provide porters for luggage and tuk tuk for guests to reduce the walking.
2. Meal served in Allahabad are vegetarian as it a holy city & alcohol is not permitted within the area of tented accommodation.The entire tent area is a non-smoking zone.
3. Running hot water is available during 0600-0800 hrs and 1800-2000 hrs

Day 9


Start your day by visiting the Ghat to see Saints taking the royal holy bath. Spend your day at the Ghat witnessing various religious activities. In the evening, attend a special Puja (prayer ceremony).

Day 10


Give a refreshing start to your day with an early morning yoga session at the tent. Visit various religious Akharas, a tented place where sadhus and sanyasis gather and meditate.

Day 11

Allahabad - Lucknow

Drive to Lucknow, which is an approximately 4.5-hour drive. In the evening, enjoy dinner with a royal family.

Day 12


Spend your day taking a tour of the city. In the evening, indulge in the mouth-watering delicacies of Awadhi cuisine, during the food walk.

Day 13

Lucknow - Delhi

Fly to Delhi and spend your afternoon at leisure.

Day 14


After enjoying your breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to leave India.
