Break the journey in the alpine town of Jasper to experience unique winter activities and spot some local wildlife.

Arrive at the Toronto International Airport and transfer independently to your downtown hotel.
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour through the scenic Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls. Highlights of the tour include a lunch buffet overlooking the falls, and the “Journey Behind the Falls” attraction. Continue on along River Road and the Niagara Gorge to the historic community of Niagara on-
the-Lake before returning to Toronto. (L)
This evening, check in at Toronto’s Union Station and board VIA Rail’s ‘Canadian’ for the famous train journey across the prairies to the Canadian Rockies. Travel back in time to the days of classic rail travel. The original stainless steel ‘streamliner’ railcars, made famous by the ‘Canadian’ in the
1950’s, are totally refurbished with air conditioning, a café car, lounge car, and access to the dome car.

This morning awake to arrive in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, after a brief stop continue on for the final leg of your rail journey to Jasper. This small alpine community located in the majestic Canadian Rockies will be home for the next three nights. (B)
Join a sightseeing excursion (included) to Jasper’s lesser known gems, and search for wildlife along the way. Moose, elk, sheep, goats and wolves are commonly sighted in Jasper National Park. Following the tour, the remainder of your day is free to enjoy the alpine town of Jasper.
Enjoy a free day in Jasper. Many activities are available including walking trails, shopping, and dining, or you may choose to book a winter excursion through the concierge at your hotel. This evening experience the wonders of Maligne Canyon from the ground up! The canyon has withstood 10,000
years of erosion and has created a 50m gorge. Certified guides will lead groups of no more than 12 along the frozen canyon floor and its ice-clad limestone walls. Super soles and winter boots will keep you warm and secure as you explore this wonderland of rock and ice.
Spend the morning relaxing in the mountain town of Jasper before boarding VIA Rail Sleeper Touring Class to Vancouver. Leaving Jasper National Park, travel the ‘Yellowhead’ route past the sprawling grandeur of Mount Robson, then follow the mighty Thompson River all the way to the Fraser Valley and the coastal city of Vancouver. Arrival in Vancouver at 9.30am. Explore this metropolitan city, situated on the shores of the Pacific Ocean on an Attractions Trolley Hop on/Hop Off tour (included). There is much to explore including Stanley Park trails, Robson Street Shopping, and Historic Gastown. Later in the day, visit Canada Place, buckle up and prepare for the flight of your life.
