On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, there will be a guided overview of the city, seeing its Beaux Arts palaces, grand boulevards and the famous balcony forever associated with Eva Peron. In the early evening gather for an informal reception and a drink at the hotel. (L)
Fly to Ushuaia aboard your charter flight. After lunch, weather permitting, enjoy a catamaran cruise on the scenic Beagle Channel before embarking the ship and setting sail. (B)(L)(D)

With nearly 24 hours of daylight, make the most of your days, keeping a flexible schedule to take advantage of the unexpected. The days will vary from Zodiac forays amid towering bergs to walking along the shoreline amid a huge penguin colony, hiking to a summit for a breathtaking view or kayaking along a cliffside rookery in search of blue-eyed shags. You’ll also have the thrill of watching the ship crunch through the pack ice. You’ll learn from the experts how to identify penguins and gain photo tips from a National Geographic photographer while watching those same penguins. Back on board, the undersea specialist may present video on the day’s dive, rare images taken over 300 metres below the surface using the ROV. After breakfast, disembark in Ushuaia with some time to explore before proceeding to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel, overlooking the beautiful Lake Argentino. (B)
Today you will enjoy an in-depth exploration of one of the most impressive glaciers in the world, Perito Moreno. Sail along Lake Argentino to get up close to the spectacular 75-metre high icy walls and be amazed by the sound of ice calving off the glacier and tumbling down into the lake. Later on, embark on a remarkable experience where you fix crampons and trek along the south wall of the glacier. The surrounds are truly breathtaking. (B)
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin an overland journey to Torres del Paine National Park. During the scenic drive, you will pass the stunning Amarga Lagoon and Lake Sarmiento. Several places afford views of the most famous Patagonian landmark, Los Cueros or ‘The Horns’, as well as other amazing landscapes. Your boutique hotel sits on a bluff where the South American pampa meets Lake Sarmiento. The building appears to emerge from the hillside. The award winning architecture complements the flow of the geology in this privileged location and showcases the magnificent views of Torres del Paine National Park. Curl up on a comfortable sofa with a lap blanket, a book and a glass of wine or just unwind and relax as you stare out the window at one of Earth’s most sublime places. Or if you are ready to burn some energy, enjoy the exclusive backyard walk – a perfect way to stretch your legs on arrival at the hotel. (B)(BL)(D)
Imagine waking up to the wonderful view of sunrise over the Torres del Paine, whilst luxuriating in your bed. Enjoy breakfast in the dining room and then get ready to head out for your excursion to the National Park or to one of the neighbouring ranches. Come back to thehotel marvelling at the nature you have just witnessed and enjoy a tasty and healthy lunch. Afterwards, you might choose to go out for another excursion or decide to visit the spa.
You have a selection of half and full day excursions to choose from, so you can design your own experience and discover this spectacular part of the word at your own pace. If you feel a bit more adventurous, you might want to try a bike ride or horse ride. The choice is yours and we want you to take full advantage, during your stay, of all the natural wonders the park has to offer. (B)(L)(D)

Take a final short walk down to Lake Sarmiento to explore the unusual black sand beach. Bid farewell to your travel companions, before your overland transfer to Punta Arenas airport for your onward flight. (B)
