Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Dubai is an international business city with a relaxed beach resort, combining the sophistication of the 21st century with the simplicity of traditional ways. Enjoy Dubai Creek by taking an Abra (water taxi) and explore the old Bastakia district with its narrow lanes and tall windtowers giving a glimpse of old Dubai.

Dubai is also famous for its souks, particularly the gold souk, which is the largest in the world. In the Spice Souk the atmosphere and exotic aromas of the past pervade the senses.

A visit to the desert is a must on anyone’s itinerary to Dubai. Desert oasis, date palms, camel farms and barren mountains are part of the landscape that you’ll see on any sightseeing tour that leaves Dubai. Why not enjoy an exhilarating desert dune drive by 4wd drive for the ultimate in exploration or dine under the stars with one of our Arabian Evenings?

Staff Experience

4wd in Dubai

For a truly Arabian Experience, I believe Oman has it all. With a stunning mountain landscape, a 1700m coastline, a wealth of sights and activities and a population that stands true to its customs and beliefs, the Sultanate of Oman offers the complete package. To see the best the country has to offer I recommend taking in Muscat and the nearby provinces as well as the northern tip of Oman – the Musandam Peninsula.

Muscat, Oman’s capital and the surrounding interior is a great place to start your exploration and offers a lot of touring variety. Highlights for me include waiting for turtles to come ashore and hatch at Ras Al Jinz, meeting a local Bedouin family in the Wahiba Sands and the fascinating Jabrin Castle.

Another highlight of my time in Oman was up in the Musandam Peninsula a tiny area cut-off from the rest of the country by the UAE. Here dramatic fjords and turquoise Gulf waters entice and the best way to take in the scenery is by dhow, the traditional boats of the region.

I enjoyed Dubai for its spectacular properties and the arrary of souks - some the biggest in the world. Venturing into the desert by 4WD was great and our drivers are the best I have seen. Being able to traverse the dunes the way they did - takes expertise.
